Rick Kerns has been in the fields of law enforcement and criminal justice for over 20 years. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Rick then went on to graduate from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia and the U.S. Secret Service James J. Riley Training Center in Laurel, Maryland. His experiences as a criminal investigator and as a U.S. Secret Service Agent have qualified him to know the best practices to ensure successful resolution of any type of case.
